Poem about Fibromyalgia

Some days it can be very hard living with fibromyalgia especially when you’re in a lot of pain. You then find on those days that you have to rest which can be very frustrating as you know there’s a lot that you need to do. I hate it when my back goes into spasm or locks up. Having a lot of trouble with it at the moment and having to continue to work. Everyone thinks that you’re fine though because you look okay. They don’t see you at home when the pain gets too much that it makes you cry. Although I wouldn’t want everyone to see me that way. So when I’m out and about and am at work I smile and say I’m fine. I’d rather be radiating positivity than negative energy.
