Blogging
Why do you blog?
I started blogging as a hobby. I then lost interest as was working a lot of hours at work. I didn’t even think to return to it during lockdown in 2020 as was enjoying the nice weather and helping my daughter with her college work.
I recently returned to it this year and hope to spend more time doing it. Having the daily prompts helps. I would love to give up working and sit and blog all day but unfortunately I can’t. I have to return to work tomorrow after being off sick with fibromyalgia and then 2 weeks holiday.
The fibromyalgia often prevents me from blogging because if I’m in a lot of pain I can’t concentrate or if I have a migraine I’m laid up in bed. Writing my poems helps to express how I’m feeling when I’m in pain. I’m hopeful to get a bit more organised this week and get more hours of blogging in.
Nicely expressed. Do take care of your health.
Thank you. I will.
Take care, Sarah. As someone struggling with some health issues and managing time, I so relate to this post.
Thank you and also yourself Shabana.
