Fibromyalgia

Really suffering today with fibro pain. After working yesterday I was in so much pain. My whole body hurt, especially under my shoulder blades, my knees and top of my shoulders. My whole body felt like it was on fire. Didn’t help that I had only 3 hours sleep. I haven’t moved from the sofa this morning except to make tea and make hot water bottles. Listening to music with my AirPods in is helping. I need to get in the shower but waiting for pain meds to kick in. My mind wants to do so much but my body is saying, hell no. I can’t go off sick again, worried I will lose my job. I’m stuck between the devil and the deep blue sea. I know it’s going to get worse if I don’t rest. I can’t afford to lose my job. I know I’m a lot better off than a lot of people, but constant pain is so soul destroying.
